Always good service and great food at golden corral! The deserts were lacking a bit today though I imagine they may be limited to what they can set out. Keep up the good work GC crew!

Horrible experience, I am normally a big fan of golden corral but the last my family of 5 went we were treated very rudely by many of the staff. Mask and gloves are required which I understand and have no problem with but after being treated bad I just decided to let the kids eat and I would get food somewhere else on the way home. While watching I noticed the same manager, named Jim, that was telling everyone they needed to follow the rule while he did not have gloves on. I saw him handling money, then clean dishes, then messing with the food on the bar and more all while not wearing any gloves. Several of the wait staff also did not wear gloves while handling dirty dishes and then bringing customers drinks without seemingly to even wash their hands. They also used the same rag they used to clean the dirty tables to wipe off the bar. This was an eye opener for me and I will never step foot in another golden corral. I can get better food and service at many other places for less of a price. I just hope no one gets sick because of the carelessness and unwillingness of the staff to be safe at any point.

Everything was fine until my husband and I sat down to eat next to a group of teenagers. While trying to eat racial slurs where being said so as adults we did the right thing and walked away. We left and called to speak to a manager while in the parking lot. She informed us she would speak to the group and for us to come back at a later time of our choice. This was Saturday evening. Well today is Wednesday and manager Pedro refused to honor what was promised and informed me it was our fault for being the bigger person and walking away. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!

Have to wear a mask and gloves to eat at this joint chili was too sweet too lazy to put Jello in little cups one server shouted at our crew get gloves on terrible experience tried to use our veterans cards for payment but they refused saying only good Monday through Thursday not on Friday Saturday or Sunday we'll try Mooresville or Winston-Salem never going back to hickory again one member of party was overcharged and charged for three t's when he only received one. Manager did give a refund to him though
