Was a great experience. Granted I went at 2am. It was only a worker and me in the gym. I can't remember his name began with a R (wanna say Rueben or close to it) . He explained everything from products, discounts, machinery and no matter how dumb a question I asked since I'm new to going out to work out, he answered them all in the most professional and friendly way ever. Love it so happy to be apart of the planet fitness family.

I am very disappointed in this place. I understand you have to wear a mask going to and from equipment. Now when you are on a bike, elliptical, treadmill you have to still wear a mask. I am overweight, have asthma. I have had my shots, but that doesn't matter to them. I have trouble breathing anyway, that's why I'm there to loose weight. I'm not going to kill myself by binding my breathing for an hour.

The facility is always clean and the equipment kept in excellent working order. The hours of operation are good, given the COVID situation, but I would love to see them go back to 24/7.

The gym is great, nice folks, good hours, convenient and clean. It is beyond ridiculous however, to wear a mask WHILE attempting to do a cardio workout.

Great customer service .. great tanning... Great gym all together! Love this place!
