Mistery Sparkey Cherryvill NC install a stand by generator for us several years agoncall them on 11-11- and 11-12-2020 explain the problem we were havingnabout my new battery we install generator new battery panel keeps reading low battery will run on manual will no come on after resetting on 11-11-20 NO ER Talk to Jason he told me there will be an$59.00 dispatch service call charge and the $499.00 for diagnostic I said WHAT? he said he will have a dispatcher return my call call on 11-12-2020 well I waited no one return my call so I call them back the same wasnsaid again on prices I ask what about senior discount to him his name I forgot because of the prices $499.00 again I told him I had a coupon for $50.00 off service call and I said $499.00 is half what was paid to install generator. again this person said he would have someone to return m callntoday is Nov.17th 10:32 AM no has return my call as of yet

We needed to replace 105 light fixtures in our office (florescent w/ LED). Asked them to come bid the job. They would only do so for $60 fee.nYeah, we will not waste our time on a firm that charges to come bid on a job. They must have more business than they can handle.

I called Mr. Sparky this afternoon to ask what it might be to change out an outdoor GFI plug and a light switch by my pool. The person on the phone told me that they charged a $59 service fee and would then give me a price once they were on site. I said OK can you not give me a roundabout number to change out a plug and the light switch and they refused twice. I told them I didn’t find them very helpful and hung up. A few minutes later I received a call from their local dispatcher who reiterated what their call service said that they do not give any quotes over the phone. I said can you not give me a simple estimate of what it could be, not what it actually will be. They said no. I did not find this to be a no malarkey call from Mr. Sparky.

Allen was so friendly and informative. He didn't try to scare us but definitely made sure we understood what was wrong with our electrical outlet and panel. He was patient with our questions and left us feeling at ease. I would call him again without hesitation.
