First two times I went I received a good fade, but this time I had to go with a different person as I was in a rush and couldn’t wait for the usual person who cut it. They cut up my neck pretty bad and gave me a terrible “fade” if you can even call it that. Never coming here again. She didn’t’ show me the back of my head which was where it looked horrible.
I started going here a couple of months ago. Chelsea is awesome! I tell her exactly what I want or show her a picture and nails it every time! I also take my kids to her. I won't go to anyone else!!
I have been going for over a year and the service had been excellent every time.
I've only ever had a bad experience here once, Ann is always on point with my hair and never fails to disappoint. Knows exactly what I want even without me being able to explain it
