Very reasonable prices and a very quick turnaround time! Run by very lovely people too. I always bring all my broken windows to Mr. Noah and they’re always repaired next day and always fit perfectly.

I needed 2 pieces of glass for my table. A 24 inch round and a 12 inch round. Noah made them quickly and they turned out great! Thus is a great shop. I recommend it for your glass needs!

PLEASE READ!!n**My property was damaged and then was handled extremely unprofessionally**nnThis situation happened in late July 2020 and now 3 months later in October 2020 my vehicle is finally fixed.nnI’ve lived in this small town my whole life so when I needed my windshield replaced I decided to support a local business- which is why I chose Noah’s Glass Shop. The beginning process went by smooth and I was impressed with customer service. The staff was efficient with getting me an estimate and having my windshield arrive within a few days.nnThe windshield was replaced the same day but I was at work so I had a family member drop off and pick up my vehicle. Since I wasn’t present the receptionist called my job for payment. I paid the full amount for the windshield and service. Costing me about $350 or more.nnWhen I got my vehicle back that’s when I noticed that my dashboard was cut, along with both the side panels, and my paint was chipped. I have a 2017 that’s never been wrecked so I knew it was from having my windshield replaced earlier that day. I took pictures immediately and since it was after hours I called the office the next day.nnWhen I spoke with Mr. Noah he immediately admitted to me that he damaged my car. I was shocked! It was never mentioned to me at the time of payment or to the person I had pick up my vehicle. Mr. Noah goes on by saying that the machine he uses to take out the windshield sometimes “slips”. That’s his excuse for messing up my property. Also, since I wasn’t the pickup person he wasn’t able to make me aware of the situation. Bottom line is he was hoping I wouldn’t notice or care about the damages.nnHe tells me that he will do whatever needs to be done so that my car is fixed. I told him that I would have a body shop do an estimate and then send it to him, so he could cover the cost. He was fine with that.nn* 2/3 weeks after the situation happened* I emailed the quote to their office and waited for a phone call. Never received one. I called the office and spoke with Mr. Noah again. This time his attitude completely changed and he wasn’t so willing to help me anymore. He tried to say that the estimate of my damages was too much and he didn’t do all what is being said. He tried bullying me over the phone by stating I needed to have 3 more estimates done and that I needed to give him a black and white copy. Implying that he couldn’t understand it through email. Yet, he read it know exactly what was being charged and stated he didn’t do all those things. So I faxed him a copy of the estimate. At this point I didn’t think I should bending over backwards to help him out in anyways especially since I’m not the one who created this mess in the first place.nnI’ve never been so hurt.nnI gave this place my business and paid for their services. Not only did Mr. Noah himself damage my property but he didn’t even care enough to own his mistake and pay for what he did. Ultimately I had to file the damages under my insurance and they paid for it, of course after I paid my deductible.nnI will never support this business or recommend it to anyone because of how I was treated after my car was damaged. It’s not fair and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Excellent work, customer service, and timely work. They did exactly what they said they would do for a reasonable price and were friendly and courteous. We live in Newport and there was no extra charge and they said most of their work is in Morehead City and New Bern.

I am one of the Owners of the Nightmare Factory Haunted Attraction. We have had MANY windows broken over the years. I ALWAYS go with Mr. Noah's Glass Shop. I have probably paid for 10 different doors and windows over the years and I will definitely be calling them for the next one. They will take care of you.
