This is regarding the drive through and the hours regarding being able to go inside. I have been in line for the drive through for the 2nd time this week and the wait is frustrating. The Havelock location has only 2 lanes and the hours to go inside have changed so people that actually work full time cannot utilize the inside tellers unless you work in this town or leave work. I had to leave the other day because tbe line was wrapped around the building and I didn't get here until 545 due to work. I've been inline for 35 minutes and I am still 3rd in line. Im not frustrated at the customers or the tellers. My frustration is to those who changed the hours of being able to go inside and they didn't appear to take having only two drive though lines into consideration. Please re think all of this to make banking a little less frustrating and inconvenient to many of us. Thank you!
