Mike Duncan has been my tax preparer for many years. He treats his clients with the care and respect he would his own family. His knowledge is unsurpassed on all things tax prep and more. If he ever decides to retire, I will be hard-pressed to find a tax preparer as knowledgeable or dedicated as Mike Duncan. Thanks, Mike, for all your help over the years and also for being a good man!

Miss Melissa and Mr. Mike have been the best out of any tax consultants I have ever had the chance to work with. They not only made sure I understood fully why I had no refund, but made sure I understood how business taxes work and how they affect my personal taxes. They have been so understanding and patient with how complicated my taxes were due to purchasing a franchise, while also helping me out with bookkeeping next door. For the future, I will only ever visit Mike and Melissa for personal. And especially business taxes. You can't get better service for taxes than here. The best part is how they make sure you understand everything in full before finalizing. Bless this staff, they're exceptional and deserve the best ❤

Great place to have your taxes prepared. Everyone there makes you feel welcome. The tax preparers are up on the latest tax laws and they work hard to get you the best refund possible. If you owe, they work hard to help you reduce your underpaid taxes. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fantastic place to get your taxes done.

I gave three stars because of PRICES!ud83dude21. I feel they take advantage of the situation! Especially, for the low risk/basic tax filler. 329.00 dollars may not seem like a lot when you are receiving back thousands. But, to a single mother with children!! That’s a big deal.nMr. Newton, the tax preparer! Is awesome!! I give him ⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f. He’s professional and he went to work for me to receive a decent discount!! ud83eudd28nThe staff is great! Never had any problems for the years I’ve gone to the havelock location! Just the prices!!

Very helpful. The person helping me was Benjamin. He was willing to stay a little later to accommodate my super busy schedule. I would 10/10 recommend very good office and definitely willing to help local small business owners and active duty military.
