So I ordered from Jimmy John's, and I understand the no contact delivery thing!. I really appreciate that but... I had been waiting for my order about 30min. I know Jimmy John's normally deliver pretty fast and it's literally up the street from my grandparents house. So I called to check on my order and the girl said the order should be delivered soon. Etc etcnI open the door and my food was sitting on the steps, and my grandparents live in an apartment complex, so my food was free to anybody and it was raining. I think that was so disrespectful to not atleast call my phone and tell me that my order is on the steps. .

I have always loved Jimmy Johns but in the past year the service in Viewmont has been terrible! It used to be that I’d be greeted as soon as I walked through the door and my sub would be ready by the time I finished paying! Now...... I wait sometimes 10 mins or more at the end of the counter with others waiting for their order while they make delivery orders and I continuously wait and wait... The last time I went they lost my order and must have asked me 5 times what I ordered and if I paid for it at the counter. Yes! Just make my sandwich so I can get out of here! I don’t know if management changed or what but service has definitely changed at this location. Reluctantly giving this store 2 stars. Used to be a 5 star establishment.

Omg. This Jimmy Johns is probably the best restaurant in Hickory. I go there about twice a week and every time I get the best sandwich I’ve ever tasted. If I was dying or in jail a Vito from Jimmy Johns would be my last meal. You will not be disappointed if you go here. (Jimmy Johns if you see this ilysm)

Subs were good, but it took them 30 minutes to deliver a sub to my house a mile away. I'll keep going there, but I'll probably just drive there since it seems to be much faster.
