Super fast, courteous, and professional. I was locked out of my house and ended up getting a new door knob. This man knows what he’s doing like no one I’ve ever seen. On time, had everything in his van, VERY reasonably priced, especially considering it was after 7 pm! Hickory is darn lucky to have someone this proficient on call after hours.

I had an issue with a door lock that caused my house alarm to activate at 5 am! Eric from Poteat's Lock & Key came out within several hours of my call and corrected the issue! He was polite and very efficient. I'd recommend him and his company to anyone!! Very thankful for his service!

I couldn't get in my van opened so I called Poteat's and they gave me a number to call!!I called and he said it would be about 45 minutes before he got there and he was on time and very polite !! It took him about 2 minutes or less to unlock my van, I would suggest Poteat's to anyone who needs that kind of service!!!
