Excellent staff. Brandon and Hunter made the entire transaction quick and easy. They also made me feel right at home. Couldn't have had better service. The problem I have is that the truck I bought is not the trim level I was lead to believe it was. In fact, it is 3 trim levels below what I thought I was buying. I truly believe that this was not intentional, but had I known that beforehand I would not have bought this truck and I would be lying if I said that I'm not greatly disappointed.
Tyler from Renaldo honda isnNot good with customer service bad attitude. The service center is excellence and the sales personnel are out to help you. Your busy is only as good as the person higher up.
Don't take your vehicle to the service department. I bought a cadillac from them and something was wrong with the shifter to park senser. We put it in the service department and they said they fixed it. 1 week later I have to disconnect my battery cable so the car will shut off power. Now to another shop. Sales staff are great when buying a car. Go figure
