Purchased a vehicle there with a trade - very fair and reasonable. Process was easy, mostly because I knew what I wanted and already secured financing. Time to get to financials and signing could have been shorter - what I had hoped would be a 1-2 hour process was over 3 hours. I was ready to sign papers after about 30 minutes. Still high compliments to the team there - from sales to the service department, very professional and hospitable team.
Average service. Oil change. I waited a little over an hour which wasn't too bad. The poor guy changing my oil and rotating my tires was new. He had me sweating bullets because he seemed not to know what was going on. No dig at him. He has to learn, I guess.
Brandon was OUTSTANDING!!! Up front and honest about everything and did exactly what we asked! After a poor experience at another dealership it was refreshing to be at a dealer that truly wants to earn your business. Will definitely be back.
Brought a used 2014 BMW 528i from them. Just had my first service they performed and it was amazing. The staff is excellent, waiting room top notch. You can even see the mechanics work on your car through the waiting room glass. Highly recommend Nissan of Shelby. You will not be disappointed.
