Foothills Family Campground

Here from Texas and would definitely come back again. Great site and hosts are really nice. Quiet family friendly place to spend a week.

Stayed there for 2 weeks in September.. Campground is well kept. Sites are large. Owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. We even bought fresh eggs which their chickens laid that day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we plan to stay there as often as possible when we travel from our home in Florida to the NC foothills. I highly recommend this campground and look forward to our next visit.

We are stilling here as I post this, spot 31. We are going to be staying for about 45 days until our new house is ready. Bill and Dawn (owners) are the nicest people, very quiet place. Greasy eggs for sale every day. They are very helpful here. We have told all of our camping friends about this place. I would stay again and we just may do it for a weekend or two in the years to come, just to get away for the weekend.

Great family campground. Good place to stay when going to Lake Houser Atv Park.

Best campground ! Loved this place. Owners are great, very friendly and accommodating. They raise chickens so we were able to buy farm fresh eggs. Sites are big. Trail was fun to hike on. We even saw a deer. No noise from traffic. Will highly recommend this campground and we will definitely return next year. ud83dudc9c
