Ordered over $40.00 worth of food, drinks & polar swirls. Asked for cheddar cheese in place of American, got Swiss instead. My burger was cold, the other 2 were warm at best. Eaten here more times than I can count, every time I've experienced an issue with my order it has always been right before closing. More times than not, I have been totally satisfied and enjoyed everything I ordered.

This is the best food I've ever gotten from an A&W. Mind you I haven't been to one in over five years, and I've never been to this location before, so I don't know if this is location specific or an improvement to the chain. But in the past, I went to A&W for the root beer and the food was extra. I'd go here just for the food, it was that good. The root beer was good of course, too.nnHaving been to another nearby location since, I'm leaning toward the better for being unique to this location.

Been a long time since I had real A&W.nIt brought back good memories. Of years gone by. Enjoyed it very much.
