I took my little girl to get her a wig to play with. I did the same thing as a teenager. At this same store! The people are always nice. Hopefully a long time from now I can take my granddaughter to this same place.
I don't care what nobody else say my eyebrows and lashes always on fleek I love this place they treat me just like family.
They have what you need. Just don't expect for them to be Customer Service Oriented, friendly, or polite. They get a star for the availability of products and another star for convenience because of the location. It does a business good to provide customer service and they lack in that area.
Took my 86 year old mom there because she's losing her hair, the owner was a very rude. Had to buy the wig on mani. I went to the counter and wanted something behind him. He totally ignored me I looked him in the face and he just continued to take things out of a box, I stood there for 5 minutes. Very poor customer service. I would have walked out if my mom wasn't desperate for the wig. You can't run a business if you can't make your customers feel welcomed!!
Great variety of selection and plenty room to shop and spacious. The packs of crochet and braiding hair seemed to have less than packs bought from other sellers.
