My husband and I needed a home equity line of credit. Mr. Bradley at Fidelity Bank in Shelby NC helped us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Owning a small business is a challenge. Financing for a small business is critical. I'd like to thank Fidelity Bank for taking a chance with me 10 years ago. It has been an easy ride with these hometown folks. If you need a bank that is easy to work with, look no further.
I interact with this bank for both my personal banking and through my work. I visit the branch office weekly. Customer service is fantastic and flawless. The online banking UI is functional and easy to understand. All the services I end up using -- checking, credit card, safe deposit box, savings, etc have all been exceptional. Bottom line, knowledgeable friendly staff, easy to use online component and accurate accounting.
We used to deal with a larger bank in Shelby, but switched over our personal and business accounts to Fidelity years ago. The staff at this branch are super nice, easy to work with and very professional! The online services are easy to use and understand. Definitely a great bank to choose for any of your banking needs.
The staff here is the friendliest around. They make it a point to know all customers by name. I've banked at other banks, but Fidelity is by far the best I have ever used. Their customer service will not disappoint!
