I love this gym! Just started going. It’s a very spacious gym with tons of equipment. Friendly staff. The classes are included in the membership. I’ve been to a few different gyms, but this one is by far my favorite!!

Been working out in xcel since it opened in Hickory.I have been working out and training people over 35 years.the gym has all the equipment to get your body in shape as long as you put the effort in.not another gym in the area like this one.A+++
