I have never felt better physically or mindfully since I started working out with Doug. Over the past 7 months I have not only gained core stability and strength but an overall sense of confidence and evidence of improved health.nThis is what I have learned from Doug:nI can be challenged by a workout yet not be sore the next day.nEveryone at the gym supports each other whatever your level.nConsistency is the key.
