This this one of the Best MMA Schools I have been to in North Carolina. This place has a great setup and offers Boxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling. I train privately With Rafael in Boxing and he has taken my Fitness to another level and really helps me stay motivated and having fun. The owner Jonathan even takes the classes himself which says a lot about the great family Atmosphere they have here.

What an awesome gym! This is a reasonably priced, well organized, family-friendly gym! I love going there myself which is easy to do with my kids as well! Two of my children participate in gym classes. My daughter takes private lessons and my son is in a variety of different classes. It has worked wonders for their confidence and it's great exercise for them also! I HIGHLY recommend Atlantic MMA. Personally I don't think I will ever join another gym because Atlantic MMA has it all!

10/10 recommend Atlantic! I had wanted to try kickboxing for a long time and finally tried a free Saturday class, signed up the same day. Coming in as someone who knew nothing of the sport, I was super nervous, but everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and willing to teach me from the beginning.
