I joined the Spa a couple of months ago and have never been happier! The equipment is the best I've seen (and I've been a member of several different gyms in South Carolina and Tennessee.) The pool, like the locker room and the rest of the club, is very clean and appears to be like new. It's great to have staff that are friendly. Most 24/7 gyms barely have any staff. Good to be back!
Love this gym! Super friendly and helpful staff. Separate women's area. Excellent machines. Hot tub. Steam room. Indoor pool.
Never felt so welcomed and supported as I do at The Spa. They have given me the health boost I needed!! Highly recommend Nick for one on one training. He’s the best!!

Such a wonderful warm friendly place to be. The Silver Sneakers classes are great and the exercise machines are awesome. I HATE to exercise but I am loving it at The Spa. So happy I finally tried this place. I HIGHLY recommend The Spa in Hickory to everyone!!!!
