This is the best yoga studio in Hickory! The teachers are wonderful and have great personalities. Classes are priced to accommodate everyone and your package does not expire until after a year! You are greeted by a smiling face for every class and teachers will answer any questions you have after class. Great for all levels of practice and those trying yoga for the first time!

Owner is friendly, high energy and brings it on!! You get out of it what you're willing to put in. I enjoy seeing all of my friends at the studio on a weekly basis. Namaste

Lynette’s Hot Yoga classes are amazing! Every time I go I learn something new to practice at home. She takes the time to help you improve your practice. I really enjoy starting my saturday mornings with this class! If I lived closer, I would try more of the classes! I definitely recommend this studio.
