The Pop Nicotine sticks you guys sell are falsely advertised. Not by Hotspot but by the brand claiming to be Pop. If you redeem the code on the back of the card to check and see if it is legit, it is an imposter. There is a lot of the going on around here.

Normally the service here is good, though tonight the cashier that checked me out was beyond rude. None of the employees wear masks while working, and the cashier that checked me out definitely was not concerned about being respectful to those who are trying to keep a healthy distance from others in this time. I do not expect others to wear a mask, or to take the same precautions that I do in this time. However; I do expect people to show respect to others who do want to keep that extra distance from others. We should all respect the decision of others to act as they see fit during this COVID-19 outbreak. So, if you are looking for a store which will show consideration toward you if you are taking extra precautions to protect yourself from COVID-19, you may want to shop somewhere else. Not to mention that some of the employees here just have an extremely poor attitude. This is not the first time though, that an employee at this store has been really rude. I will take my business elsewhere.
