Matt's a great guy, very down to earth and reasonable to work with!nnHe's done some small things for me in the past.nnI dropped my rig off today for a cabinet replacement, a new awning, and some general maintenance.

Made appointment a month and half head of time. I called before appointment to make sure it was still scheduled and was told yes. Date came and went, no one called. I called next day, was told sorry, they would come out in few days. Those days came and went. I called back, had to leave message to just let me know if they were not or were coming. To this day no one has returned my call so just wasted 2 months for nothing. You know the saying, you are only as good as your word.

I’ll start with I never do reviews that’s just not me. I work in customer service myself that’s our job to do it and do it right! Don’t just collect a paycheck because you think you deserve it.nnI have to say Matt is finally someone that knows how to give customer service in the RV world!nNot only did he answer the phone at a time I didn’t think he would, he showed up to our house on a Sunday morning.nnOur front jacks had failed from now what I believe was from our joke of a dealership slamming it down moving it around with there tractor time after time. I won’t name them as much as I’d like to do it. Just think of BP gas.nnLuckily it was under warranty and Matt took care of all of that and had our camper working in a very short time.nOur unit has been to the dealership so many times for things not done correctly and redone because they still didn’t do it correctly!nnThat will not happen dealing with Matt.nnThanks for the work so timely and done right the first time. If I ever need something fixed I can’t or don’t want to repair he will be my only phone call.
