Randy Marion Sav-A-Lot Hickory

This place made my dream car reality. I had always wanted a dodge charger and after being jerked around by other dealerships in the area (especially Steve white dodge) we decided to try Sav a lot and found my dream car. They worked with us and easily got us approved. They were very easy to work with and friendly. It's been about 6 months and I am still in love with my charger!

I just bought a Cadillac at Randy Marion and I am very happy. I never felt rushed or pressured while deciding which car I wanted to buy. My salesman Pedro Navarette was wonderful. He helped me through the entire process and I left feeling great about my purchase and the price that Pedro work out for me. Honestly, if I came back to buy another car I would go straight to Pedro Navarette. Inga Gilbert was also kind and helpful, she explained exactly what the service department did to my car before I purchased it. All in all a wonderful place to buy a car with top-notch employees.nn(October 2019) The car I purchased caught fire, no fault of Randy Marion, but I loved the make & style of that car. I called up to RM and spoke with Ms. Inga, I explained I was looking for a similar car.. she almost laughed and said they had one come in yesterday but needed to go over it good so I should come by tomorrow. I loved the car, 1 year newer than what I had, same everything but this had low profile tires almost new & not cheap! I spoke with Pedro again and he got me a deal almost as close as I paid for the older model car. He's awesome! They're all so decent there, I'll always look here first for cars.

Don’t buy a car a Randy “catfish” Marion in hickory.nHorrible place. Horrible experience. The manager at the one in hickory literally needs to be fired. We had a trainee as our salesman. The manager steps in and takes over on the trainee and tries selling us a completely different car. And when we didn’t want to do that she starts telling us how the trainee isn’t going to get commission and all of this extra stuff that has nothing to do with what you’re currently dealing with. They need new management. Even the finance manager agreed with me on that before I walked out of the door.
