Service was good. The person helping me kept their mask on. It was a little concerning that multiple employees did not keep their masks on. Although a few customers did have one, many were without masks in the waiting room. I will try not to return unless my car needs it as having signs up saying masks required and not enforcing it is something I have no patience for.

I’ve known Eric Lee for a long time now and I’ve been in the market for a new car for a few weeks. When I heard that Eric was now selling cars at Honda of hickory, naturally I had to work with him. Eric was very professional and had a lot of knowledge on the car I was looking at. When it was time to sit and talk numbers, there was no nonsense and Eric worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Eric is an asset to your team and I am excited to see what the future holds for him. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly and asked if we needed help multiple times while we waited for Eric to finish up with another customer. I received a coupon to get my car detailed. This was the first time I'd ever gotten my car detailed at Honda, but I wanted to use the coupon and treat myself as a belated Christmas present. I am thrilled with how good my car looks now. In fact, I picked up lunch after my appointment and the woman who brought my order to my car commented on how clean my car was. It looks shiny and new! I will definitely bring it in to be detailed at this location again.
