5 stars. John at Hickory Auto Direct is great to deal with. I got my daughter a Mini Cooper here. Great car, great value, and I can see that John knows a lot about cars. He went above and beyond to deliver the car to me in Charlotte, and helped out with a minor maintenance issue - post sale. Excellent service above and beyond my expectations.

2006 Chrysler Crossfire: I'm one of those few people who love Crossfire's. I'm very happy with this car. And I'm pleased with the steps John has taken to make sure that I'm pleased. So, yes, I'm pleased with my experience. And yes, I find the word pleased very pleasing. LOL

Yesssss..I bought this beautiful PT Cruiser today. I have had my eyes on this car for 2 weeks. Talking back and forth about this PT on the phone with John. Wow. ..How nice he was. From start to finish..No pressure at all. He and his dad took the trip to Winston Salem NC to deliver it to me. Sooooo excited about the upcoming adventures I will be having with my convertible. It was a pleasure to do business with hickory auto direct. I recently purchased my first car here (2004 Mini Cooper S) and I am so glad I did. The car is in great shape for its age and was sold at a very reasonable price. The seller was transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly with a passion for automobiles. I am so happy about my car and I would recommend hickory auto direct to anyone looking for a Mini.
