James was awesome! When we pulled up to look at the 2019 Dodge Charger we saw online, he greeted us professionally. He was wearing his mask & practiced social distancing. He immediately was friendly and ready to get the ball rolling on test driving the car. After the test drive, we were in the office with him talking about what we’re willing to pay and going about the process. After getting a majority of the preliminary stuff done, we went back to finalize everything. There was no haggling or pushy feel to the process. We got what we wanted, for what we wanted to spend & all in a timely fashion (only there for 3 & 1/2 hours). We were even helped out by the person finalizing everything with getting a warranty just in case something were to happen in the next four years. They even gave top payout for our trade in. All in all, our experience was awesome! I would highly recommend this dealership.

Bruce, Dan, and Dillon Beaver rock! This is the best dealership i have encountered. They treat you like family, are Honest, and very patient. Gary went above and beyond to coordinate my sale from out of state. The transaction went flawlessly and the car was everything I had hoped it to be. Dillon was also a big help in facilitating the sale and ensuring the car I purchased was cleaned & prepped for me when I picked it up. Every staff member I spoke to during the sale & at the dealership was incredibly kind and professional. 10/10!

We just had the BEST buying experience at Hickory Used Cars superstore. We were looking for a certain vehicle that was selling so fast on the market. They allowed me to place a deposit on the vehicle to hold it until I could come see it. Jorge made everything so easy! In and out in less than an hour and on our way down the road in our dream vehicle!
