When I arrived at this dealership I was approached by a very kind salesman, David Hoover. He wasn't pushy or trying to force me into a purchase. David listened to my wants and was able to assist me in purchasing the car I wanted exactly the way I wanted it! Super nice staff from the general manager to the service center. I would highly recommend this dealership (especially David!!) to anyone looking for an easy, laid back atmosphere. These gentlemen were professional, honest, and truly working to assist me in my new car purchase. I love my 2021 Kia Seltos and all the warranty's/services I will be receiving on it in the future.

Great experience! David Hoover understood what we were looking for just from a brief conversation and knew exactly what to recommend. He knew we planned to finance with our own bank and did not push in house financing like most dealers would. He even was extremely helpful with our bank and getting things situated. Chris G has done an AMAZING job! I have been declined several times while trying to find a good used cars and he approved me in minutes!! What an amazing experience!nnA year from now..nnI purchased my car last year from Chris G and just wanted to thank him again for the amazing customer service and doing things that no other car salesman wanted to do. He got me in the car I wanted no questions asked! I've had my car for a year this month and have had no issues with it! I am truly thankful for this team. And will be going back when I need a newer car!

I just purchased a new Kia K5 GT from Paramount Kia of Hickory and it was the easiest car purchase I have ever had! Our salesman, Peter Bailey, was so amazing. He answered every question and went out of his way to make us comfortable and get the vehicle I would love. The finance department made that process so easy.
