I like this place, the only thing that I don’t understand is why the employees are not wearing gloves while handling our Food and if they going in and out the building to give you your food while touching the door handle that is touch by many other ? If you are managing this location please consider your teams to wear gloves and change them if you touching stuff beyond the food area especially the cashier who should never handle food.

For 2 Saturday's I've ordered the pork and gravy sandwich. It is only available for a limited time. Both times the sandwich came with no gravy. Next time we'll go to 127. Mornings are when we go to this location the most. My husband has to go inside and check our food before he leaves. There is always an issue.

This McDonald's is slower then most of them but still a good restaurant to me I know it's a great place to go if you don't have much money but it's not the fastest McDonald's that's in hickory

My family love's McDonald's so much their Fry's and chicken nuggets when I ask what they want to eat it's McDonald's they are slow sometimes an pull you up to wait on your food but other then that the place is a good place to eat

They never seem to get the sandwich s right.Thry left the egg off sausage and egg McMuffin then I had to wait thru drivetru again to get ones with egg. Then she asked where the mcmuffin s were .I gave her one to show there was no egg and she asked for the others.i was kinda shocked but I didn't give her the other ones idk if she was just going to add eggs to the existing one s or what. I just thought really I had to wait in drive Thru twice ugg
