Ordered a cheeseburger and sweet tea. Got a cheeseburger with no meat and an unsweet tea. Took it back and the people making the food laughed. I use to be a manager and this place needs to be schooled on management skills and customer service!

Sunday evening ordered a quarter pound hamburger7:30 pm.nJust mustard and ketchup! Got home opened! Shocked! Had cheese on both sides and no bottom bun!nI have had a similar problem last 3 visits! They always add cheese and can't eat cheese!nAlways say bring back and will fix!nComment! When I placed order I stated please make sure no Cheese!nWHAT IS THE PROBLEM? WHY would I ever want to come back?

I live close by so I go there once or twice a week to get food for my kids on days that I have to work long hours they never once got any of my orders right. ordered a caramel frappe was told machine was being cleaned this is 3 pm went back a few weeks later order a chicken biscuit with egg got no egg went back two days later order strawberry bananas smoothie was told frappe machine have already been clean can’t make any more smoothie or frappe. This place is slow with lazy staff who plays around not paying attention to detail. If you don’t live close by and is just passing through town it’s best you go to a different McDonalds

Found a long black hair in my chicken sandwich today 3/18/2021. Don’t eat here.

Bacon egg & cheese biscuit is a great bargain @ 2 for $4.00. plus you won't get a better sandwich. Keep the bargain. Also, the coffee is great.
