In 2.5 years working with Riley and his team, I’ve only had very positive experiences. When my payment info didn’t go through, they called to let me know days in advance of the deadline so I wasn’t charged late fees= Awesome customer service! The site is secure, clean, and well-maintained. They responded quickly to all my inquiries via phone and email. Simple to get in and out of the contract. Prorated my last month and returned charges to my card before I left their office.
Been storing stuff here for 8 months now, good service and they give their special locks to veterans for free.
Had my camp trailer there for over a year, no problems at all. Staff is great to work with and the facilities are in a good location and secure. Would use them again for sure!
My brother moved her from Texas and had a moving truck to unload. I couldn’t help my brother because I had to work and we couldn’t get help. The owners of the storage were supper kind and helped my brother unload the truck. My brother and I were so great full for their generosity. We will continue to use this storage and recommend anyone who wants a very friendly trust worthy storage.
