I just got a call from Laura! She was just doing a courtesy call to check on me and thank me for my business! I feel so great banking with Wells Fargo! They make you feel like you matter.
THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE EVER TODAY! Lare lady sitting to the right of the window refused to cash my business check. Let me explain that this is a check that she herself has cashed several times over the 6 years I have been with Wells Fargo. Said they could not due to funds. Hello ou are a bank. She was very rude from the begining of the transaction. If you are that unhappy with your job get another one if you can.nBranch manager was as bad. So off to First Citizens I go. Thank you First Citizens. They wonder why they have such a bad reviews.
I've been banking with this branch for at least 3 years. Everytime with a positive outcome. Thanks guys for all your hard work.
Terrible place to do business now. Rude male teller up front, everyone made to go through the drive thru with lines of cars, and moving slowly. There are a few great employees on the front, but some may need to reconsider working with the public.
