Still haven’t received my tax refunds from 2019. Tried calling multiple offices but all give me the same response. They don’t care about you but only taking your money as usual

Why does the phone number given have absolutely no options to speak to a representative?? Also it says open, it has said open though and on the other IRS site it says closed. How am I supposed to know if this place is open or closed, and I can’t get anyone on the phone. ud83dude43

Sent my taxes in March 2020 by paper. Still not showing up online anywhere. Apparently i don't exist. I've been calling since March, every number available online from individual to business, etc. Can not get intouch with anyone. I need to speak to an actual human being within the IRS asap!! IRS.GOV is no help what so ever. How do i speak with someone???????!!!!!!!!!!!
