Friendly staff. Loan officers are easy to talk to and give great advice. App and website have greatly improved since there big overall in the summer of 2019. Location makes parking a bit tight.
The staff in Waupaca is very nice to work with and are always friendly. My only complaint so far is:nI opened up accounts a couple of weeks ago. They were supposed to order me a debit card for my accounts. I have been waiting and when I called today she said it was never ordered. This has been a big inconvenience for me.... Now I have to wait longer and they won't expedite it to me unless I pay $25.. UGH!!!
Every time we go in there they are so rude and unfriendly. We live in weyauwega but now we go to the neenah location where they are nice and helpful. In waupaca they act like they are annoyed you are there and then for them to have to do something for you seems outrageous to ask for. No one hardly even smiles there. Management has a problem.
I wanted a loan for$500 . I had a fully paid for car worth a conservative value o $6000. I agreed to automatic withdrawal from either my monthly SSI or my every other Thursday job payroll. I was denied. I can't wait to talk to Covantage C.U.
