I love this CrossFit Gym! Amazing people to workout with. Ever feel lack of motivation? All you have to do is go to the this gym and within 5 mins, you will be ready to go! Amazing/killing workouts Monday-Saturday and multiple classes through the days! Highly recommended!
Man there’s so much to say about the quality of the coaches and the welcome you receive when you come into the gym and it’s community. So thankful to be apart of this gym and excited for everything there is to come!
I was in the area with my family and had the opportunity to attend a CrossFit class at Crystal Coast CrossFit. Could not have asked for a better group of people to workout with! Johnathan was a great coach, facility was clean and ready to go. Will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
