For the longest time, I'd been saying I needed to get back in the gym but always found an excuse. Once I started going to Fitness NC in Newport, I no longer made excuses because now I look forward to working out. The staff are always so encouraging and help you see all your efforts are paying off. They're so helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to do in order to meet my fitness goals. I'm so glad I found Fitness NC. I can't say enough good things about this gym. This is definitely the gym for me!
Very nice place, the guys at the front desk always greet you when you walk in. Good music taste. Nice clean place. If you haven’t been, go ahead and sign up now!
How does this gym find the coolest staff ever? The manager Derek is the coolest guy i have ever met in a gym. Hes not in your face about how you should be lifting because well quite frankly i dont think he does, but not the point he is just super nice and i love this gym so much!
How did that Garrett guy behind the front desk get so big? Its honestly super impressive how much hard work and time he had to put in to working out to achieve a physique like that. If i go in there do you think he will give me his diet regimen and workout routine? You guys have to come in and check this mass monster out for yourselves. His shoulders are actually boulders, his traps connect to his ear lobes, biceps bigger than truck tires, his lats are so wide he wouldn't need a wing suit to fly he is the wing suit, his legs look like drink machines. This absolute beast of a greek god had to have been chiseled from stone!
The employees are nice and super helpful. Gym is clean and spacious for being a smaller gym. Overall good experience every time I go. Definitely sticking with this gym.
