I do not appreciate my wife being forced at the counter to leave a google review. this is unethical and if I wanted to leave a good review I would on my own will. not under pressure. I've been to other companies in the area and I've never been forced to do such a thing. shame on yourselves. the way they forced her makes it obvious that they do it often. not to mention the staff sat on their phones the entire time. leaving one star was me being nice but I updated my review because my wife is telling me more about her experience. negative stars if possible. first and last trip.

The mechanics and managers were absolutely amazing! I was so pleased with their work that I’ve made it an absolute priority to always come here whenever something is wrong with my car! Highly recommended.

Appointments are not HonorednA few months ago I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait before they could get to me and then it would take about 45 minutes to do the service. I didn't have that kind of time to wait, so I brought the car the following Saturday when I was able to just drop the car off and leave it there for the day. Last week I made an appointment again for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got there, again I was told there would be a 45-minute wait. I can understand getting behind once in a while, but this seems to be their standard mode of operation? Making an appointment seems to have no advantage over just walking in off the street. Even though I bought my tires there and get free tire rotation, I am going elsewhere for my service. My time is more valuable than the money.

Great experience. Had to get a tire plugged air I could pick up materials for a job. They saw me on the spot and I was done within an hour. I would highly recommend these guys; they were very professional and extremely reasonable on the price.
