Mike Toler Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM FIAT

Came to Mike Toler RAM looking for a new 2500 diesel ram truck. Met up with Raven and discussed the available vehicles. Wasn't able to get the white vehicle I liked but Raven should be one in granite and I really liked it. Between my trade-in and and the new truck I had a deal I could not pass up. I'm really happy with my new ride and dealing with Raven, Chris, Sherrie and everyone else at Mike Toler was a great experience. Mike Toler should be very proud of his employees as they did an exemplary job of taking care of the customer and making the transaction simple and enjoyable.

Our journey with Mike Toler started a little over 1 1/2 yrs ago when we were relocated here for military purposes. They treated us well and we had an amazing experience then things changed from there after we wanted to buy a second car from them however they made adjustments and worked with us although at the time we could not get into the vehicle we wanted they worked with us but knew we ultimately would come back for a Wrangler. Months go by and we come back and things just were not the same. We were treated / greeted differently from employees and you could just tell they were not the happiest to work with us however the owner made it right and really took his time to work with us which we greatly appreciated. We have since then referred people to Mike Toler and had every intentions on getting another vehicle from them. We have two vehicles from Mike Toler and have considered a trade in for a Gladiator however lately our service has not been the best and after our purchase we found out that the car had been in a small accident however it was not enough to have to disclose it or to salvage it out because we had attempted a trade in on a Gladiator and found out through a different car lot which was the only reason we know what we know now and then we called and spoke with the owner and it was made out to be no big deal. I then even purchased a set of 5 tires and rims which was supposed to include all tire sensors , putting them on the jeep etc. at almost a $2,000.00 total. Once I left... the jeep some how was out of line etc. so they fixed that and balanced the tires however during this purchase the 5th tire had to be ordered and I was given a different price then what I ended up paying which was higher than the original quote. However seeing I ordered the tire I was not going to leave them with just one tire and I made the choice to do it so I followed through with the sale that is just not how we do business. 09/2020 We were traveling home from Ohio due to a funeral and was pulled over for a speeding ticket with the cruise control set and the cop even though we could not help the situation still gave us a ticket for speeding due to the fact the tires were not collaborated with the speedometer therefore this whole time I have been speeding with our kids in the car so I called them and was told that I was given the option and that I opted out and I never once was given the option nor did I opt out neither my partner or myself had even heard of such a thing. However so I needed a oil change anyways and on their end they made it right and did the correlation between the speedometer and the tires however it was still a hassle and now we are standing with a speeding ticket. So.... I went in for a 5 tire rotation and an oil change and for them to fix the speedometer. Oil change went well and they did the tire rotation and after I left the Tire Pressure System said it needed attention so I called and spoke with someone in service center and was told it was probably just that the car had not detected it yet. So I went a day and the light still did not go off, made an appointment and come to find out it was that the tire in fact did not have a sensor in it and upon going back I have been having issues with the automatic shut engine shut off that helps save gas well I have been going through gas like crazy so I asked that they look at it because the attention light for that came on as well. They had my car from 1:00-4:30 p.m. replaced the sensor in the tire which is still not being detected and then when I called to check on the car I was asked again what the second issue was that I needed, so that tells me that it was not relayed in the beginning therefore how could it be addressed in a timely manor then I was told that the automatic shut off needed charged by the time they put it on the charger it was nearly time for them to close so it only got half way charged again asking that I come back and it is still not working correctly costing me even more in gas. I hate to write a review like this but just be careful.

This is our third vehicle from Mike Toler and for the third time we received outstanding assistance in getting our vehicle ordered. It was a pleasure again working with KC during the process; he always makes us feel like the most important people there. No surprises, no pressure, just an eagerness to make sure we were getting what we wanted and at a price we were happy with. The dealership was very clean and all staff were firmly and helpful. Will definitely bring our business to Mike Toler in the future.

The BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership, especially the Service Dept. The dealership I bought my truck from gave me the run around about a warranty issue I had, not Toler! Larry, Bill and everyone else I encountered where top notch professionals. If the service team was of this caliber, I can only imagine the sales team being just as incredible. Thank you guys so much and next time I drop 50k on a truck, you guys are getting my money!nnUpdat: Brought my truck in for a few minor interior issues to be addressed before my bumper to bumper warranty goes out and yet again Toler impressed me! Larry and my technician were awesome, Kacey the sales guy was a pleasure to chat with, and the overall environment is just top notch. I would recommend the sales department to anyone looking for a vehicle. Walked in told Jordan and chris what car I was looking at, looked at the car and 2 hrs later left the lot with the car. They did not waste my time at all. They where fast with paper work, all where smiling like they loved there job, not may dealership around the area have sales people who are always smiling like that.
