The smoothies are great and the new manager is so nice! I don’t normally leave reviews but it really was a great experience! Definitely going to be going regularly!
Love Smoothie King, but this location is either understaffed in the morning or there's a breakdown somewhere. Last time I ordered ahead and arrived at my pick up time. I waited 7 more minutes before my smoothie was even started. Today, I again ordered ahead showed up 5 minutes after my pick up time and was told mine would be started next. It's now 16 minutes past my order (supposed to be ready in 8) and am just getting my smoothie. If you order here, be ready to wait a long time.
Waiting in drivethru 20 plus minutes each time lately before even ordering. Then another 15 plus to pick up my order...Love the smoothies, but this is crazy...
The last few times I have been the smoothies have varied in taste, I always get the strawberry blueberry Greek yogurt. The staff also seem very lackadaisical. I was also disappointed that the staff didn't where their masks while creating the smoothies.
Fantastic customer service and communication with catering orders! The orders were also very last minute and they came through wonderfully! I will definitely use them again when I come to town for more catering.
