We have rented for several years. The units have been readily accessible and any repairs have been promptly attended to.
Had a great experience with renting a space for our 40 ft RV at their Springville facility. Easy access, affordable prices, great security, plenty of space to turn around and back up into space. If there ever was an issue (with other renters not being in the right spot or something), their customer service was always excellent and they got things resolved right away! Would definitely recommend them.
Tiffany is just flat out awesome she has gone out of her way to help me going as far as meeting me at the property to remove the office lock on my new storage unit when the property manager was off property, she really goes the extra 500 miles. Tiffany is very nice on the phone and in person she is a top notch person Tiffany has helped me and my friend through a difficult time Tiffany needs to know how much I really appreciate everything she has done for us thank you from the bottom of my heart we could not have gotten through with out you...
The units were clean and well cared for. If we had any issues they were quick to aid us and fix the issue. We would gladly recommend them!
JW Storage is great. They have very helpful staff that always answer my questions and make sure that I understand. I have been renting from them since they bought the place and will be for years to come.
