Asheville Yoga Center

I took three different virtual classes under 2 instructors over the weekend. I’ve practiced yoga for about 20 years and yet, I learned something new in each class. It may have been a new pose, a new way to breathe, or a new way to focus & be present. I am impressed by the knowledge & training of the instructors. They explained the poses well & motivated me to challenge myself! Very professional.

Recently completed the moon path training with Sierra. Her gentle nature, inner light, and fluid grace transcend even the zoom platform. It was a beautiful weekend and I would recommend Asheville Yoga Center to anyone, regardless of skill level.

I'm a yoga teacher in WV and have been doing virtual classes around the country since things are virtual. I'll definitely be returning to Asheville Yoga Center. I took class with Gota and his fusion of styles & techniques, his explanations, and his sequences are great. I also love the available time slots...Im looking forward to trying more! Plus a $10 drop in is hard to find these days!

So many wonderful teachers. This is such a great place to do yoga. I highly recommend this studio.
