Purna Yoga 828

It is obvious that the teachers at Purna Yoga really know their stuff. They have detailed knowledge of the subtleties of every pose and are skilled in communicating their instructions in a way that is informative and respectful. They are clearly well educated and dedicated and I trust them implicitly to help guide me in proper alignment and maximum stretch. It feels so good to be doing yoga once again. Thank you, Purna!

Purna Yoga 828 has become my yogic and spiritual home. This place is beautiful & clean & full of the best possible vibes. They have created a space where students can find a deepening of their personal practice combined with the fostering of familial connection and support. Practicing with Whit and Letitia weekly for over a year has become a commitment that I hold most sacred and dear. The students and teachers look out for one another here - helping each other along on our individual paths towards equanimity.

This is my yoga home. All of the teachers are excellent and knowledgeable. A nurturing, comforting and safe place to practice and learn. I wouldn’t consider anywhere else.

Letitia and Whitney are perfect teachers for me. Their expertise and patience with my rigid body and imperfect attitude about exercise has been incredibly beneficial in helping me with my flexibility and pain issues as well as obtaining an overall feeling of strength. I feel they have greatly improved my health. The feeling of community I feel when I walk in the door is a gigantic bonus. I've been going to Purna Yoga 828 for almost a year now and look forward to many more.
