Avoid this place if you can. They are happy to collect pro rated rent for the portion of the month that you move in. But if you move out mid-month, don't expect to get refunded a pro rated amount for any unused portion of the month. They keep the entire month payment. In speaking with the owner, he told me that that's how everyone does it and that it was written in the contract. It is, in fact, written in the contract if you can interpret legal ease. But still a very bad business practice. I decided to call the competition to see if this is a common business practice as the owner stated. The first place I called (Extra Space Storage) said they would pro rate my rent and return the unused portion of I moved out mid-month. The second place I called (Public Storage) charges the full month when you move out, regardless of the move out date, BUT they also only charge $1 for the first month of rent, so it makes up the difference. High Horizons charges a full first month rent (or portion of the month if you move in a partial month), with no move it rates offered. Bottom line, this place is a rip of with bad business practices. If you call to complain about it to the owner, he will laugh at you condescendingly and explain that it was in the contract and that's the way everyone does it. Don't believe him. Do your research. There are much better places.

Nice storage units and very secure.

this place is very unprofessional. Nothing but crooks will charge your card fradulently over and over again until you notice and say something. Will illegally evict you and sell all your belongings saying you are late when you arent. And the manager colton is a rude unprofessional jerk.
