Delivery number required. Sad part is they knew it was coming and I was early for appointment. Took an hour and 40 minutes to get said number which he knew was mine anyway. Not like it was busy but someone wanted to throw their weight around and waste my time. Very slow to unload. They have signs in office thanking drivers for hauling their freight. Some thanks when you have to screw with the drivers. I wouldn’t recommend ever coming here if you don’t have to.

Shipping is in the building to the south, receiving in the building to the north. I went for a pickup, and it is pretty much strictly by appointment only. They are a bit slow, but not the worst place in the world to load. The loading docks have you back in with trailer doors closed, so you will not get to see product. Trailer is sealed from inside the building, so if your company likes to have pictures of the product on the trailer to verify load securement you might want to ask the shipping clerk if you can take photos of the load. My appointment was for 9 pm, I arrived at 7:30 and was told I would receive a phone call when a dock door was ready. At 9 I still hadn't gotten a phone call so I went inside and asked and was given a door. Loaders started loading me about 45 min later and it took about 2 hours to finish. You can park there at the shipping department overnight. They have a clean restroom for drivers. Overall not too bad but I wouldn't go out of my way to look for a load here unless I was close by. The facility itself is very clean and the parking lot is nice. They keep the restroom nice and clean, not like some places that detain drivers for so long and expect them to use an outdoor portapotty in the middle of winter. If they would load a little faster I would give them another star.

Kind staff in the shipping office, but it seems like the warehouse staff just do what they want. They go strictly by appointment and are pretty busy. I arrived 4 hours before my appointment and was taken in after 3 hours. Once in the dock, I was done within 2 hours. I saw some trucks sitting at the dock for 3+ hours though. I don't get it how some companies can get you loaded/unloaded in 20 minutes while others take 3+ hours.
