Great customer service every experience. Lauren was fantastic, patient, and very kind with a complex exchange and additional purchase I had with gift cards and credit card. Every staff member was engaging and personable. I highly recommend this store based on customer service and the brand based on quality of the product.
I had such a great experience at lululemon Asheville! I’ve been to several lululemons across the country and this location is now my favorite! They were all so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I highly recommend!
The customer service at this location is the worst of any Lululemon store I have been to. The employees are incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. So much so that one employee said to my friend “ughh yeah what’s up” when my friend asked her if she worked there. Shop online or go to another location.
Gosh, they had all the collections but not all the colors, yet this is a unique location with great service. Wife says I'll buy online.
Great place! Love the people who work there. They are super helpful.
