Organic Mechanic

OM are the nicest and there's nobody like them. I've taken two different cars here over the years and they really help you understand what's wrong with your car by going through the assessment line by line and even including pictures of damage so you know you're actually paying for something your car needs. As a young woman who's been taken advantage of by mechanics before, I trust these people because they actually care about their clients and basically hold your hand through the process if that's what you need. Overall just a very pleasant experience. Easy to talk to and honest work. only slight negative is how long it took for diagnostics but thats nitpicking. dont hesitate to get work done here

While wondering if I should buy a car these guys did an amazing inspection, and then Erica, who was amazing answered all of my questions and was super awesome! I will use the Organic mechanic again!

Had our car serviced for a water leak. They did a great job in the repair and in reporting issues and progress. After using the car just 2 times I suspected a loss of coolant. So I call and explained the problem. When it was looked at they said “it needed a new water pump and stated that when I picked up the car I was told that gunk in the system might cause this type of issue.nnThis was a total lie. Never was told anything but it all checked out ok. In addition to this, the estate included an oil change, my name misspelled, which suggested that they never looked at the original repair records. I responded with I’ll get a second opinion.nnThe second option said. I was wrong about my suspected water leak and it was tested under pressure and driven showing no coolant issues.

STAY AWAY! This place is a major rip off! In my professional opinion they way over charge for basic services and the service they do provide is sub par.nWay better mechanics in Asheville. Amazing that the local news hasn’t written a story on this gross incompetence and laughable estimates.
