***New Manager & the Experience is 100% Better. If you had a bad experience here in the past, it is a totally different place now***nnLast April I had a really strange experience at the Tunnel Rd Brakes 4 Less, and despite continuing brake issues and a 40k mile warranty on the work, I just never wanted to go back. I finally made myself go back today to address issues and it is a completely different experience!!! New manager James is really courteous & professional. Whole place feels calmer, cleaner, very well run, and I just updated my work crew that they should give it a try (even though I had previously told them to stay away).nnNice turnaround :)

This is the only place I have ever taken any of my cars to have their brakes done since I've had multiple cars over the past 10 years! Despite having some slight ethical and customer service issues about 4 years ago, this is no longer a concern as there are new employees and management that have transitioned over in the past year and I will continue to support this business. The store hours can be difficult to schedule around at times It's off their current store operating hours but that's something I've been willing to work with and hopefully they extend their hours in the future. The pricing is reasonable and the warranties for services are spectacular and so helpful in the long run!! Although it saddens me that Jabo is no longer the general manager (at Asheville, NC location), the new management and staff are amazing, polite, eager to make sure that the customer is satisfied and that there are no issues and if any concerns questions or issues arise, they are corrected promptly and professionally. I highly recommend!

They did a good job on my brakes, but it took almost 5 hours, I was told 2 to 3 hours. I fill they should tell customers that there advertising is not what it says. After a brake inspection that took about 1 1/2 hours was done, that advertised price goes much much higher and you get put on the spot to make a costly decision after a required 4 wheel brake inspection they say they have to do by law ??? So if you have a just little squeak be prepared for bad news after the required 4 wheel brake inspection. But again, they did a good job on the brakes. Am a take it or leave it customer.

My brakes were scrubbing like crazy and the team at Brakes 4 Less was awesome. The manager James who took care of me was honest and didn't try to oversell me on things I don't want or need. I'm always hesitant walking into an auto shop as a woman but these guys, especially James, were incredibly respectful and didn't try to bs me. The service was fast and my brakes feel like butter two weeks later. These guys offer the best price and quality of service in town. Hit them up.
