The people here are friendly enough but their service is truly lacking. While the quality of their work is good the speed of service is terrible. Every time we bring are truck into be serviced it always takes longer then they expected. This last time they said the repair would be done within 3 days, wells that was 9 days ago. Everyday we’ve called and everyday they say it’ll be ready the following Day just to be told that the truck is still not ready. Mind you this is simply changing a power steering pump. Meanwhile our business is suffering while we wait for our truck. Not a good way to treat return customers

I cant say enough about the service that we received. We noticed a flat on our motorhome upon arriving in Asheville late on a Wednesday afternoon. Called Piedmont at 450, explained our situation and John said to call back first thing in morning if we could save an after hours call, which we could. I called first thing and John had a technician out within the hour. Joe the technician was knowledgeable and efficient, surveyed the situation and recommended we replace the tire. Unfortunately, they had to order a tire and said they hoped to have it by the end of the day and could be out the next day if we could wait, which worked for us. They showed up the next day in a timely manner to allow us back on the road before our checkout time at the campground. I would highly recommend Piedmont tire for any rv needs. Thank you John and Joe, God bless you, your families, and fellow coworkers.

Prompt courteous service. Returned phone call for inspection appointment . Wait time at shop was very brief. I have been a customer since 2007 and would highly recommend their automotive and truck repair specialties.
