I live outside of Greensboro, NC and had to drive to Knoxville to pick up a car that needed emissions inspecting. After a long day of driving, I wanted to stop in Asheville on my return (half way point home) and chose Jan Davis Tire bc of their good reviews online and proximity to downtown. They didn’t disappoint. They were friendly, professional, honest and most of all *accommodating* on a Friday afternoon when I called on such short notice. Location is perfect for walking downtown while work was being done and they called promptly after it was finished for pick up (at my convenience) before closing. I highly recommend this business and would use them again without any hesitation if I’m back in the area and needed tires or other car service needs.
Great, great, great service!! Can’t say enough about how great these guys are! Rich was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us! We were in from out of town and hit a pothole, which bent my rim. Rich was able to expedite the rim repair the same day, as we were leaving the next morning. The crew had it the tire back on the car in no time and we were on our way. Support local, these guys were amazing! Thanks again Rich!!!
Vacationing in Asheville and wound up with flat tire. Went to Jan Davis Tire after reading reviews. Awesome service. Very friendly and professional. Rich Davis and his team are excellent. I highly recommend them!
They helped squeeze me in same-day with an urgent tire issue. Had me out within an hour. Very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining issues and solutions, and I feel I got a fair price.
Excellent place to get your tires I wouldn't go anywhere else these people stand behind their products if you're not satisfied they will make you happy free rotation and balance over 5,000 miles also excellent customer service and products
