First time visit to NTB. I went in for an oil change. They did 21 point inspection on my vehicle. They didn't rush it and did a thorough job. I left satisfied with the service I received. And the crew there was super nice and friendly. An A one job
Damon and his crew are top notch. Clear communication and clean, socially distanced lobby! They even had sanitizing wipes placed at the coffee station so I wiped everything down after making myself a tasty cuppa. They are taking Covid VERY seriously, all employees wear masks. Damon really goes above and beyond. When my partner mentioned to him that the toilet was overflowing in the restroom he almost immediately took care of it for us! Freaking awesome. Went there with a coupon from Ingles for an oil change and left a satisfied customer. Will be returning for regular maintenance of my vehicle from here on out!
Amazing experience, highly recommend you take your car here. Called first thing in the morning and they took my car in and immediately found the core issue with my tire - a cracked wheel. All three of the employees were great to deal with and took the time to explain the issue to me.
Never had a bad experience with this crew. Very friendly,knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent tire values and products. Keep up the excellent job!!!
