We had an RV mishap on our trip from Florida to North Carolina, that required repair before we continued on. These guys really came to the rescue and took care of us on the spot. So friendly and really know their stuff. Highly recommend.

These people know what they are doing. I was in a time crunch and needed my vehicle back by a deadline. Mr. Hensley made sure to get it done on time and had to fight with Ford to get the right parts. They called me back in a timely manner when I called with questions. They were nice and professional. That's pretty much all you can ask for as far as I'm concerned.

Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. Top notch this crew is. Above and beyond

I have came here several times over the years. They may be a little slower than most but they do the best job around. If you want your truck fixed and are tired of playing games elsewhere then give open a call. ud83dude03

I've taken my truck to Olen's on more than one occasion. This last couple of times they really stuck it to me on the price. $1,700 to completely rebuild a driveshaft yet only half the parts are new. Then this last week I brought my truck in on a Monday to see about fixing two broken cables on my rear door. They said to bring it in the next morning (which I did) and they would fit it in. The whole week went by and they still had my truck yet still no word. They call me 30 min before noon on Friday and tell me they will be closing in 30 and if I couldnt make it in time that I'd have to wait til Monday. I'm just a small business with one truck and I've had to rent a budget truck all week while I waited patiently. Over 800 in rental fees because they push the bigger jobs and clients ahead of the smaller work. Then they charge me over $400 to re-attatch two cables. What a rip off.
